Data covers cow's milk collected in farms by dairies. A distinction should be made between "milk collected by dairies" and "milk produced on the farm". The collected milk is only a part of the milk produced on farms and milk is also directly used on farms for own consumption, direct sale, animal feeding feed and processing into farm milk products.
